Blogging was introduced later in the 1990s. I remember an incident when I went to a website by mistake as it was not related to my interest. But, there was a section of blogs there on top menubar that caught my eyes and when I read one of the blogs, I was happy with the knowledge I gained. Now, I visit that website regularly to read blogs although the website's main motive is not my cup of tea.
